Can the X-RTC add-on be used with (insert chip) modchip?

Yes the X-RTC add-on can be paired with any modchip, you only need to wire SDA, SCL, 5V, and GND and use a compatible BIOS. Standalone instructions can be found on our GitHub.

Will X-RTC work with ModXo: Pico?

Yes it’s pin compatible with the ModXo: Pico carrier.

Why doesn’t Promethos detect my X-RTC?

This typically happens if there is an issue with your SDA and SCL connections. Please check your SH 1.0 cable or wiring if wired as a standalone install.

Can I use X-RTC with a TSOP flashed XBOX?

Yes along as you have Cerbios 2.4.0 or higher flashed and have modified your cerbios.ini to enable the X-RTC. See our GitHub for additional instructions.

My X-RTC isn’t keeping time when my XBOX is powered off what’s wrong?

Double-check your 3.3V Standby is properly connected. Instructions can be found on our GitHub.

Why is my XBOX booting with the fans @ 100% and a flashing orange light on the front panel?

This happens when items are not working properly on the SMBUS (SDA, SCL) or are causing faults on the SMBUS. Please double-check your wiring to SDA, and SCL and insure you have a good 5V source and a good GND point.
