Eligibility for Returns
This policy applies to items that are defective or non-functional upon receipt (DOA) or develop a defect within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must have been purchased directly from our store or website.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Conditions for Return
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs will void eligibility for return.
Return Process
Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item by emailing darkonecustoms@gmail.com or calling (209) 353-1060. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the defect (if applicable).
Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping: Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions. You are responsible for the shipping cost unless otherwise specified.
Resolution Options
Replacement: We will replace the defective item with a new one (subject to availability).
Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and confirming the defect.
Exclusions
Items purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request.
Items with physical damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
